2. Guest photographers are welcome with one caveat: The photographer will request your intervention if a guest is inhibiting my ability to fully document your wedding. Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond control such as other people’s camera or flash, the lateness of the bride, groom, family members and bridal party members or other principles, weather conditions, schedule complications, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of venues or officiate. Photographer is not responsible for existing backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photography coverage. Client agrees to confirm the schedule one-week prior to the event and to send the Photographer a copy of the invitation prior to the wedding. Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner, Changes can be made by phone with a follow-up e-mail for documentation. If e-mail is sent, confirmation of receipt must be obtained.
3. Limits of Liability. While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs of the wedding events, the entire liability of the photographer to the client of the amount paid for services. Because a wedding is an uncontrolled event, the photographer cannot guarantee delivery of any specifically requested image(s). If photographer is unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to, fire, transportation problems, acts of God, accident, illness, or technical problems, all money received by photographer, minus expenses, will be returned to client, and photographer shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. This limitation of liability also applies to any loss/damage of photographs or failure to deliver photographs for any reason.
4. Permissions. It is the clients responsibility to schedule and receive permission to use various locations for photography, including the wedding and reception locations and any other locations used during the day.
5. Reproduction: Digital files of photographs supplies are the responsibility of the Client (s) to make Prints of the event/ wedding. The release grants Client the right to reproduce the images provided for their personal use only and does not allow the photos to be altered, sold or published. Client further agrees not to supply images to any third parties (including vendors associated with the wedding or album designers).
6. Image Processing. Limited color correction and /or retouching are included at Photographers discretion. Images determined by the photographer to be substandard or duplicated may be edited out. Photographer is not responsible for any prints. For best results, clients with digital photography files should order their prints through a reputable lab. A CD slide show to music you choose or provide is considered part of this package. Due to the lack of information about how long CD’s/DVDs can hold information We recommend you back up your images on another media format other than CD’s/DVDs. We also recommend making multiple copies of CD’s/DVDs every year to insure the images for years to come. FFP can not held responsible for the failure of CD’s/DVDs due to mishandling. It is the Clients responsibility to keep several copies of any and all media in more than one location, and back up the images. Additional cost of $50 for a VHS TAPE of slide show for longer storage may be available to Client.
7. A non-refundable retainer of $100 is due at the signing of this Agreement. Upon receipt of the retainer the photographer will reserve your date and be available to you on that date. The retainer is applied toward your total investment agreement. You may not transfer the retainer to another party, bridal couple or anyone else without my prior written consent.
8. Model release. The photographer may only make reproductions for the client or for the photographer portfolio, samples, or self-promotions, or for professional competition and review. We will not make reproductions for other use without first obtaining written permission from you.
9. Harassment: Ensuring the appropriate behavior for all guests and other persons at the wedding. In the event Photographer or other person at the wedding experiences any inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from any guest or other person at the wedding photographer using his/her sole judgment to end the wedding coverage immediately and leave the event, photographer shall be entitled to retain all monies paid hereunder and client agrees to relieve and hold photographer harmless as a result of incomplete wedding or event photography coverage. First offense a verbal warning will be issued to family. Second offense the person(s) shall immediately leave event. If event serious enough above photographer sole judgment shall ensue.
10. Meals for Photographer: Do not feel obligated.
11. Returned Checks; are subject to a $50.00 returned check fee. Or any legal fees hereunder.
12. Client may assign one family member (not in event party) to point out key people and will be able to gather for family photo’s. Strong personality and voice recommended. ( Name )________________________________________________Relation to couple This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the Parties, and the Parties agree to all its terms, and acknowledge receipt of a completed copy of the Agreement signed by all Parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by all parties. Each person signing as Client(s) below will be fully responsible for ensuring that full payment is made pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
